Youth Development

Youth Program

Beyond scholarships, we offer a variety of programs designed to support and empower young people in our community.

Mentorship Programs

Our mentorship initiatives pair young people with accomplished women who provide guidance, support, and encouragement. Through one-on-one relationships and group activities, mentees develop confidence, leadership skills, and a vision for their future.

Leadership Development

We offer workshops and programs designed to cultivate leadership skills in youth. From public speaking to project management, participants gain practical skills that prepare them for success in school, career, and community involvement.

Educational Workshops

Our educational workshops cover topics such as STEM education, college preparation, financial literacy, and life skills. These programs supplement classroom learning and expose young people to new opportunities and career paths.
